Refund Policy

At Fuego & Fragancia, every product is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipping. Because our candles, wax melts, and room sprays are personal fragrance products, we maintain a limited and realistic return policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• be unused
• not burned or sprayed
• be in original packaging
• be in resalable condition

Returns requested after 7 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• used candles
• burned candles
• opened room sprays
• used wax melts
• partially used products
• custom or made-to-order items

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• your order number
• clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the damage occurred during shipping or if an incorrect product was sent.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

 

If approved:

• refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
